Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Scope:
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all online purchases made in the For Real Music webshop (https://forrealmusic/shop).
Conclusion of sales contracts:
The presentation of goods in the web shop is a non-binding invitation to the public to place an order. The order confirmation serves the customer as proof of receipt of the order.
Order process:
By clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button, the desired item is placed in the shopping cart. The selection of articles in the shopping cart can be checked and changed (click on the “Remove” button). Once the article has been selected, the customer will be forwarded to registration after clicking the button “Proceed to checkout” (“Create new customer account”). Here, new customers enter data such as name, delivery address, email address and a password to log in to future orders (for customers who are already registered, this data is already saved and only needs to be logged in with email address and password. It exists also the possibility (under “My Account Register”) to place the order without creating a customer account). Then the shipping and payment methods are selected. Before completing the order, all information is displayed again for verification and can be corrected if necessary. By confirming this data and accepting the terms and conditions, the order is completed and the customer immediately receives a confirmation email with the details of his order and payment. The text of the contract is saved after each order is placed and can be accessed online by the customer, including all details, at any time under “My Account”.
Prices and Payment:
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. The currency for every payment method are exclusively in euros (€). Payment is possible with all major credit cards (credit cards can be saved for future orders at the customer’s request) or by direct bank transfer (in AT, BE, DE, ES, IT, NL).
Security:
The credit card details are transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection (TLS). It should be noted that, according to the current state of the art, it cannot be completely ruled out that unauthorized persons gain access to the transmitted data during the transmission process.
Privacy:
The address and account data of the customers are collected, transmitted, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling all mutual rights and obligations from the contract concluded with the customer. The information provided by customers will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. All data including the customer account can be deleted by the operator at the customer’s request.

Special provisions for consumers:
Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) generally enjoy a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
Choice of law, place of jurisdiction:
The law of the Republic of Austria applies to the exclusion of the reference standards and the UN-sales law. The place of jurisdiction is Graz.
